XC 2011, Welcome & Welcome Back!

To all the runners who were part of the team, Welcome Back!  And to all of those who are new to XC,  Welcome to our XC Family!  We try to post and share XC info on the site, and I will try to keep this as updated as possible.  I will load pics up throughout the year as well.

Here's the info for this week...

Week of 9/12
-Pasta party at Nick and Adam's Wed 4:15pm-6
-First meet at Newsome Girls race at 6pm boys at 6:30pm
    All athletes please eat and drink healthy the day of the meet. Dont forget your uniform and shoes. -Concession stand 9/23 I need parent participation. Our team gets 100$ extra from the booster club for working the game. I need enough parents to handle money at the ticket windows and enough athletes to shuttle and make food.

RVHS is excited for the start of the 2011 season. Practice information
     - Time: Everyday 3:15-5:00pm
     - Location: In front of the baseball Field
     - Monday's- Study hall rm 406
     - First meet @ Newsome 6pm, September 15th
